Resilience Training

It is not unusual for people to feel vulnerable and unsafe in today’s society. These feelings of fear and impotence can lead to limitations in our daily lives. Our resilience training teaches you to rely on your own physical and mental abilities.

The resilience training is aimed at boosting your confidence and teach you how to stand ground. Besides the mental aspect you will learn unarmed self-defense techniques of Ninjutsu such as body movement skills, striking forms, punching, kicking, grappling and throwing. In addition, attention is paid to good fitness and agility.
