Aggressive clients, students or employees and other violent behavior are not excluded from our society. It is of the utmost importance to know how to deal with different forms of aggressive behavior. This course is aimed at learning how to deescalate and defuse various forms of aggression, such as verbal aggressiveness.
On the one hand we will provide insight and equip staff with the skills necessary to break away from an aggressive situation without losing self-control, to cope with tension, to calm emotions, and much more. On the other hand we will provide the tools which will enable you to understand your own actions. This way you will be able to control a situation before it escalates.
